Is life experience or paper qualification more important in order for a person to be successful?

In my opinion,life experience is more important than paper qualification.It does not mean paper qualification is not important because both are complement to each other.But life experience is more important because we already know the real situation and have experience about that.We know what we should do and what we should not do.

The most successful people were not consist of top students in their school or college.But they have own ability in other course and ability to think well.A person who gets straight A's in exam does not mean he or she undestood the work.That why too many graduate of university in Malaysia do not get job.Eventhough they are top student in their university,because of they do not have life experience they do not the job.

Therefore,we need to find life experience besides having paper qualification.Both of them very important to be a successful person.Instead of that,there are also people who are successful without paper qualification.But they use their own ability and their brain to change themself be success in life by doing something.
